Contacting support

Ask the organiser about the event itself. Contact MEL support if you need help with your account, booking access or a problem using the website.

Contact the organiser

Use the contact option on the event page or in your booking when it is available. The organiser can answer questions about the venue, access, schedule, entry rules, items sold and refund decisions.

Contact MEL support

Open the Help Centre. Search for your question, try the Help Assistant, or choose Contact support. Organisers can also open Support from their dashboard.

Include the event name, booking reference if you have one, what you were trying to do and the error message. Explain any steps you have already tried.

Do not send passwords, full card numbers, bank login details or private ticket links. If you attach a screenshot, hide unrelated personal information. Keep replies in the same support request so the history stays together.
