Collecting merchandise and other extras
Check the extras listed in your booking and the organiser's collection instructions before arriving. An extra may have a different collection place or time from event entry.
- Open your booking and find the item, quantity and option you bought.
- Read the location, collection window and any preparation status shown.
- Bring the item's collection pass if one is available, or the booking confirmation.
- Show it to the collection team and check you receive the correct item and quantity.
If the item is not ready, ask the organiser what to do next. If it appears collected but you have not received it, speak to the collection team before attempting another scan.
Do not use a merchandise or meal pass as an admission ticket. Keep each pass private and follow the event's instructions about who can collect on your behalf.
Does merchandise include event entry?
Not automatically. Check the item description and your booking for a separate admission ticket. A collection pass lets the team check an item collection; it is not automatically an entry pass.
Can someone else collect my extras?
Ask the organiser before sending someone else. Tell them which item needs collecting and ask what the collector must show. Do not assume sharing a pass is permission to collect. Keep booking links and codes private.
