What to bring to an event

Have your ticket or booking confirmation ready before you reach the entrance. Follow the organiser's entry instructions for that event.

• Open the QR code, PDF or Wallet pass available in your booking.
• Bring ID or proof of concession if the event requires it.
• Check the rules for bags, food, equipment and other items.
• Read the arrival time and accessible entry instructions.
• Bring the collection pass or booking details for any extras you need to collect.

Charge your phone and save an available PDF before travelling if reception may be poor. An extra's collection pass is not automatically an admission ticket. If you cannot open your ticket, ask the door team to check your booking details.
