Checking event details before booking

Read the full event page before choosing tickets. The headline and picture may not explain everything included in the booking.

Check:

• The event date, start and finish times, and time zone where relevant.
• The venue, address, access information and any arrival instructions.
• Age limits, ID requirements and who the event is for.
• What each ticket includes, and which extras cost more.
• The refund policy and any booking conditions.

Ask the organiser about anything that would affect your decision. Before payment, review the final order total and the email address used for your confirmation.
