MEL fees and Stripe fees

Check the fees and final total shown for the booking or payment you are reviewing. Do not assume ticket fees and extras fees are the same.

The MEL platform fee covers use of the booking service. Stripe processing fees relate to handling the payment. Your Stripe account and pricing determine the applicable Stripe charges.

Check a sale

1. Open the MEL order and review its tickets, extras and totals.
2. Check the corresponding Stripe payment and fee details.
3. Account for any refunds or disputes separately when reconciling.

If a total looks wrong, contact MEL support with the order reference and explain which amount you expected. Do not promise a guest that every fee will be returned with a refund; check the refund amount and applicable policy.
