Understanding Stripe payouts

A payout is money sent from your Stripe balance to your nominated bank account. It is separate from a buyer paying for a ticket.

Read the balance

Pending funds are not yet available for payout. Available funds can be paid out under the account's schedule and any restrictions. Refunds, disputes and fees can change the balance.

Check a bank deposit

Open the payout in Stripe and compare its amount, currency, date and status with the bank entry. A payout can include more than one ticket sale, so do not expect every booking to appear as a separate deposit.
