Updating your payout bank account

Change your nominated bank account through Stripe's account settings. Do not send new bank details to MEL in a message.

1. Open Payments from the organiser dashboard and access the connected Stripe account.
2. Find the payout or bank account settings available to that account.
3. Follow Stripe's change and security confirmation steps.
4. Check the saved account details and any effect shown on pending payouts.

MEL's event and order pages do not change where Stripe sends payouts. If you cannot find the setting or Stripe needs further verification, use Stripe's account help.
