When will I receive my ticket money?

Check the payout record in Stripe for the expected arrival date. MEL's ticket sales total does not tell you when a bank deposit will arrive.

1. Open Payments from your organiser dashboard and access the connected Stripe account.
2. Review the available balance and payout schedule.
3. Open the payout to check its status and arrival estimate.
4. If it failed or the account needs attention, follow the reason shown in Stripe.

Payment settlement, account requirements and bank processing can affect timing. MEL cannot promise a fixed arrival date or manually release a Stripe payout.
