How to use My bookings
Open My bookings from your account navigation to find your events and booking links.
- Sign in with the account used for your booking.
- Find the event under Upcoming.
- Select Open Digital Pass to open the booking and available ticket tools.
- Check the event, ticket holders and any extras listed.
- Use Add to calendar if you want a reminder.
Expand Past to look for an older booking. If you booked as a guest, use the secure link from your confirmation email when the booking is not available in your account.
A booking's available actions depend on its state. If a ticket, PDF or Wallet option is missing, read the booking message and contact support if needed. Do not make a second payment just to obtain another confirmation.
